Scientific presentation

The conference will cover all aspects of genome organisation, chromosome structure and dynamics, genome expression and stability, original experimental and computational approaches, and link to normal and pathological cellular physiologies.

 Confirmed speakers

Marc Marti-Renom, Barcelona/Spain 'Three-dimensional genome organization via triplex forming RNAs'

Peter Fraser, Tallahassee/US 'Nuclear genome organization and cell fate determination in the pre-implantation embryo'

Daniel Jost 'Lyon/France 'Liquid-liquid and (micro-)phase-separations in nucleo : formation and dynamics of chromatin compartment'

Argyris Papantonis, Göttingen/Germany 'Genomic organization as a rheostat between homeostasis and ageing'

Pavel Hozak, Prague/Czech Republic 'Emerging roles of nuclear phosphoinositides in gene expression'

Graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and early career scientists are particularly encouraged to attend and contribute to the meeting. Oral sessions will feature invited talks by leading international researchers and presentations chosen from submitted abstracts. The poster sessions will give all attendees an opportunity to present their latest findings, with ample time for informal discussions, socializing, and networking.

We look forward to welcoming you to Toulouse end of June 2022.

The conference is organised by a local organizing committee of the "Molecular, Cellular and Developmental biology unit (CD) - Centre for Integrative Biology (CBI) of Toulouse: Kerstin Bystricky, Anne-Claire Lavigne, Sylvie Tournier, Yannick Gachet, Olivier Gadal, Silvia Kocanova, Gwennaelle Juffroy, Isabelle Saves and Marie Ange Albouy from the Pôle Congrès Scientifiques of UT3.

The scientific committee is composed of COST INC CA 18127 management committee members.
